Rockstar Games is taking us back to the East Coast, but this time, it's much bigger than just Vice City. The state of Leonida is Rockstar’s most dense, diverse, and detailed map ever created, blending neon-drenched urban streets with untamed swamps, rural backwaters, and endless coastal highways.
This is ViceHarbor's central hub for mapping out the game world, analyzing landmarks, and discussing environmental features.
METROPOLITAN VICE CITY
- Downtown & Vice Beach - The iconic, neon-lit heart of the city. Featuring the bustling Ocean Drive equivalent, massive high-rise condos, luxury hotels, and a vibrant nightlife scene.
- Wynwood-Inspired Arts District - A colorful, culturally rich neighborhood covered in detailed street art and graffiti, showcasing the modern evolution of Miami.
- Port Gellhorn & Industrial Zones - Gritty, working-class districts handling massive shipping operations, underground street races, and local crime rings.
BEYOND THE CITY LIMITS
- The Vice Keys - A breathtaking chain of tropical islands connected by massive highway bridges, featuring marina life, coastal towns, and incredible ocean views.
- Kelly County & The Swamps - Everglades-inspired wetlands dominated by airboats, mud clubs (like the Thrillbilly Mud Club), rural trailer parks, and deep-woods backwaters.
- Leonida Penitentiary - A massive correctional facility and a key landmark connected to Lucia's storyline.
ENVIRONMENT & ECOSYSTEM
- Wildlife & Nature - A fully functioning ecosystem featuring alligators in retail stores, flamingos in the wetlands, iguanas crossing the streets, and sharks/dolphins in the ocean.
