GTA VI ON NETFLIX: MULTIPLE EPISODES LEAKED?
The upcoming "Extended Look" might feature over an hour of content spread across several episodes.
Rockstar Games is feverishly preparing for the massive Grand Theft Auto VI presentation on Netflix, and according to new developments, this highly anticipated "Extended Look" won't just be a standard gameplay trailer.
If recent leaks are to be believed, we are getting a multi-part series!
THE NETFLIX PORTUGAL LEAK
The rumor started on Reddit, where a user uploaded a screenshot from the official Netflix Portugal page. The page had briefly updated its GTA VI section to show a "multiple episode" format, even listing specific runtimes for three distinct episodes:
- Episode 1: 23 minutes and 37 seconds
- Episode 2: 24 minutes and 41 seconds
- Episode 3: 18 minutes and 29 seconds
If these numbers are accurate, we are looking at an Extended Look that clocks in at **over an hour of content**!
However, Netflix Portugal removed the listing shortly after it was spotted, leaving the community in the dark about what is finalized and what isn't.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR AUGUST 27?
Right now, we don't know for sure if this will be a "limited series" style documentary about the making of the game, a massive multi-part gameplay breakdown, or a mini-movie introducing us to Leonida.
Note: As always, take this leak with a grain of salt until we hit play on the 27th.
Regardless of the format, this is shaping up to be the biggest video game event Netflix has ever hosted. Rockstar is clearly going all out to showcase the next generation of open-world gaming.
