GTA VI: MASSIVE NEW GAMEPLAY LEAK REVEALS NEW MECHANICS

RDR2-style killcams, car key cloning, and more revealed as Rockstar aggressively issues takedowns.

The situation surrounding the recent Grand Theft Auto VI leaks is escalating rapidly. Following the earlier map leaks, a brand new gameplay video has surfaced online, carrying the same distinctive watermark from the group known as CyberLeek.

While Rockstar Games has not issued a public statement, they are actively firing off DMCA takedown notices to scrub the footage from hosting sites. However, before the clips were taken down, the community managed to dissect an incredible amount of new information regarding Leonida's gameplay mechanics.

⚠️ FORUM NOTICE: As a reminder, ViceHarbor strictly prohibits the uploading or direct linking of unauthorized leaked media. Please discuss the contents of the leak below, but do not post the video files.

NEW GAMEPLAY MECHANICS REVEALED

The leaked footage centers heavily on Jason, showing him engaging in combat and interacting with the world. Here are the massive new features spotted in the clip:

  • RDR2-Style Killcams: Slow-motion combat maneuvers and cinematic killcams, reminiscent of the system used in Red Dead Redemption 2, are present during shootouts.
  • Car Key Cloning: A massive new vehicle theft mechanic! Jason is shown demonstrating the ability to clone keys from nearby cars, pointing to a much more modernized, stealthy approach to Grand Theft Auto.
  • Surrendering System: The footage reveals that players now have the option to actively surrender to the police.
  • Civilian Reporting: Similar to RDR2, NPCs are shown actively reporting crimes in progress, making the world feel much more reactive.
  • New Gear & Interactions: Jason is seen employing a taser in combat, smashing vehicle windows to gain entry, and climbing into the cab of a massive lorry.

SCENE BREAKDOWN & A 2025 TIMESTAMP

The video opens with intense action Jason speeding recklessly through the nighttime streets of Vice City in a growling muscle car, crashing into security forces outside a warehouse, and trading blows with arriving police.

However, the sequence later cuts to a much calmer daytime moment in the Keys. Jason is seen sitting on the edge of a small fishing boat on calm waters, drinking a beer with a companion identified as Cal Hampton.

Interestingly, a track playing on the in-game radio during the footage "Sports Car" by Tate McRae helps date this specific development build to 2025 or later, proving this is much more recent than the 2022 leaks.

THE CYBERLEEK AGENDA & CRYPTO SCAM

CyberLeek claims these leaks are a pressure tactic to force Rockstar into committing to a physical disc version of GTA VI. They have also threatened that two to four more leaks are planned for tomorrow.

However, their true motives are highly questionable. The group is actively steering audiences toward cryptocurrency purchases. The prominent consumer rights organization Stop Killing Games has strongly condemned CyberLeek, urging gamers not to send them any money, regardless of how much they might agree with the physical media stance.

The addition of RDR2-style killcams, taser combat, and modern car key cloning sounds like a massive evolution for the franchise.

If this stuff is actually legit, rockstar is seriously taking GTA to another level, The car key cloning and npcs actually reporting crimes sound sick. Can’t wait to see how all this works in the final game. This is gonna be insane
